Questions parents actually ask
- How do I print a sheet?
- Tap Print to send it to any AirPrint printer, or share it as a PDF or image to print or save elsewhere.
- The voice sounds robotic — can I fix that?
- Install an Enhanced or Premium voice: iPhone Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices → choose Chinese or English and download a higher-quality voice.
- Does TraceSheet work offline?
- Yes. Dictation, flashcards, and printing all work without an internet connection.
- Does the app support Traditional characters or zhuyin?
- The app's interface is available in 繁體中文, but practice sheets currently use mainland stroke-order standards and pinyin — zhuyin isn't supported yet.
- How do I restore TraceSheet Pro?
- Settings → Restore purchase. It's a one-time purchase with Family Sharing, so it carries over to a new device automatically once restored.
- Is my child's data shared with anyone?
- No. Nothing about your child or their word lists is shared — everything stays on your device.
