Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of TraceSheet. By downloading or using the app you agree to them.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use TraceSheet on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, subject to the App Store terms under which you obtained it.
Purchases
TraceSheet Pro is a one-time purchase processed by the App Store under its payment terms, with Family Sharing support. Restore it anytime via Settings → Restore purchase. Refunds are handled by the App Store, not by us.
Your content
Word lists, names, and photos you enter or scan are yours. TraceSheet processes them on your device to generate pinyin, stroke order, and practice sheets; we do not receive or store this content ourselves.
What you may not do
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app except where law expressly permits.
- Resell, rent, or redistribute the app or its assets.
- Use the app in any unlawful way.
Disclaimer & liability
TraceSheet is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the same extent, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Nothing in them limits any non-waivable consumer rights in your country of residence.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in app release notes. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. Questions: lei@appfactory.sg.
